All facilities air-conditioned and it boasts an indoor 9-lane collegiate size pool, Aquatic Center, 4000 Sq.ft. air-conditioned Fitness Center with state of the art wellness equipment, fabulous new dormitories, quad style with one or two campers sharing a bathroom. TEXAS: Camp Shane Texas is set on a lovely 83-acre, beautifully landscaped and wooded campus with attractive and well kept facilities in gorgeous Texas Hill Country setting. Dormitories are modern with custom furniture, granite bathroom counter tops and polished concrete floors. All sport facilities, dorms and classrooms are air conditioned. There is an outdoor classroom, garden, orchard, chicken coop, and miles of nature trails as well as a state-of-the-art weight room, fitness center, multi-purpose room, two gymnasiums and a new indoor swimming pool. Wholesome and nutritious Shane approved healthy menu prepared on-site. We are not a fat camp nor are we a boot camp. CAMP FACILITIES: Cedar Lake has various bunkhouses and lodges. We can accommodate multiple groups at one time, and have a 290 camper maximum capacity.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Cedar Lake does not facilitate programs, but works with each group to ensure their program goes smoothly.

Cedar Lake Camp also offers many activities for groups including canoeing, swimming, hiking, volleyball, basketball, campfires, disc golf and an exceptional challenge course.

Facilities include an outdoor amphitheater and first-rate meeting hall with movie screen and audio/visual equipment. Lodging options include lodges, bunkhouses and cottages - all in a beautiful mountain setting.

CAMP FACILITIES: 24-hour health center, seven resident buildings, a library, computer lab, heated swimming pool, oceanfront recreation center, weight room, gymnasium, chapel, bookstore, canteen, campus store, athletic fields, dining services, and fully equipped classrooms and dormitories. CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Army and Navy Academy's Summer programs are designed to enrich each participant's character through academic pursuits, recreational activities, and leadership training. Students have the benefit of participating in afternoon activities, and weekend excursions.

Camp Challenge (Leadership Development Courses):

1. Camp Challenge Four-Week JROTC Leadership Development Program.

This camp is the only credit-producing Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) summer leadership course west of the Mississippi. The course is open to both male and female high school students (entering Grades 9 through 12.) The course consists of a combination of classroom work combined with adventure training activities and will reward successful participants with 180 hours of Leadership Education and Training (LET) Credit.

During the course, participants will develop self-confidence as leaders and as active team members as well as enhance his/her Core Values; Honor, Integrity, Responsibility, Loyalty, and Selfless Service. Additionally, this course is designed to add “Leadership” to Resumes and College Applications.

2. Camp Challenge Two-Week High School Leadership Education and Training.

This two-week leadership camp is designed for both male and female students (entering Grades 9 through 12) who are unable to attend the four-week JROTC Course but who are still interested in achieving a leadership training experience. Camper will choose one of the following electives for their focus: Leadership, Aviation,Computer Science, or ESOL.

3. Camp Challenge Two-Week Middle School Leadership Development Programs (LDP), Basic and Advanced.

LDP Basic is an introduction to leadership for students interested in exploring potential and enhancing existing skills while learning the fundamentals of citizenship. Campers gain invaluable life skills through fun activities and adventure based challenges that reinforce teamwork, accountability, discipline, and respect.

LDP Advanced can be taken after completion of LDP Basic and offers an advanced curriculum in leadership combined with an introduction to subjects that will help prepare campers for high school. This course focuses on the core values of responsibility , loyalty, and selfless service.

Established by 5 Valley YMCAs the property of Sequoia Lake is held in trust by the Sequoia Lake Conference of YMCAs to be operated exclusively by The YMCA. Teen Leadership Camp - Ages 15-16: These exciting programs takes the Summer Camp experience to a whole new level for 15 and 16 year olds: We offer a two-week hiking program, a one-week farming and cooking program, and a two-week bike repair and bike touring program.

Hiking Program (Two weeks): TLCers will spend two days bonding, learning about their trip, and preparing for hiking. They and their trip leaders will then embark on a 10-day backpacking trip along the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT). They will then return to camp, and will have two days of closure at the end.

Farming & Cooking Program (One week): TLCers will spend their week working in Woolman's organic garden, learning about farming, plants and the farm to table journeys of the food we eat. They will learn nutrition and cooking skills as they prepare many of their meals with the fruits and vegetables harvested.

The UCLA Soccer Camps are held on the various fields on the Intramural Field, home to the 2013 National Champion UCLA Bruin Women's Soccer team. Overnight campers stay in the UCLA residence halls, and meals are served in the award-winning UCLA residential restaurants.

The residential restaurants offer a variety of food on an all-you-care-to-eat basis for a well-rounded, balanced diet. Their food choices range from items like soup and salad bars to American, Italian and various other cuisines. Overnight campers are housed in double- and triple-occupancy rooms, and are supervised by coaches and counselors also staying in the residence hall. Roommate preferences will be accommodated whenever possible, but cannot be guaranteed. If no roommate is requested, roommates will be assigned according to age.

CAMP FACILITIES: At Natoma, we sleep under the stars on cots. We also have a swimming pool with water slide, archery and hatchet ranges, dining hall, fire ring, miles of trails, drama platform, and a perennial creek.

CAMP FACILITIES: River Way Ranch Camp operates as a resort 9 months out of the year when camp is not in session. Campers stay in air-conditioned cabins, and sleep 8 to a room, with two counselors. CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: Our counselors are required to complete one session as a Counselor In Training before we offer them a position. CITs will shadow an established counselor as well as have a daily check in meeting with the directors. Before the start of camp they are also trained in conflict mediation, and required to become CPR/ First Aid certified at our Staff Meeting.

CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS OR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: We have several Merit and Need Based Scholarships and fundraising opportunities available. We hold several fundraisers throughout the year to raise money for the scholarship fund and grant scholarships to those who would not be able to afford it.

December 27th-January 2nd: Winter Film Camp. This is an intensive filmmaking session for all levels of experience.

January: BroadwayCon. This is a trip to New York for the Broadway Convention the last weekend in January where we see 4 broadway shows and have Master Classes with actors currently on Broadway.

March: Annual Saturday Morning Film Festival where we screen the films made at the Winter Film Camp in a real movie theater in the bay area.

April: Weekend Workshop with Casting Directors, Broadway Stars, or other amazing guests!

May: Cannes International Film Festival in France. Since 2016 we have taken groups of students to France for the Cannes International Film Festival with films we have made at the Winter Film Camp.

CAMP FACILITIES: All campers stay in cabins. There is a large outdoor pool, large music shell, climbing tower, zip line, lake for canoeing, basketball court, horse back riding, archery range, baseball field and 1000 arces of redwoods.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: This is the 54th annual camp. The Hayward La-Honda Music Camp is organized to challenge students in a variety of creative pursuits and is devoted to the development of musicianship for students grades 6-12. This is accomplished through a program of study, concentrated rehearsal, performance, recreation and general camp life.

The camp mission is to inspire young people to achieve their best musically, to enjoy a great social/recreational experience and take home memories that will last a lifetime. CAMP FACILITIES: The facility is rustic, in keeping with its wilderness adventure program. Participants sleep in cabins and large traditional tipis. There is a bathhouse with private showers and flush toilets. In addition, there is an administrative building with the camp's office and health center, recreation hall, dining hall, bike shop, arts & crafts hut, pool, volleyball court, archery range, challenge ropes course, horseshoe pit, disc golf course, and a camp fire area including a stage.

CAMP FACILITIES: Our camp is located at St. Michael's Abbey of the Norbertine Fathers. The camp utilizes our boarding school facilities for sleeping, eating, and praying in the abbey church.
Our 36 acre property is perfect for a boys' camp, with sports fields, hiking, and an on-site pool.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: St. Michael’s Summer Camp is a day and night resident camp for boys, ages 7-12. It has been in operation since 1962 and is accredited by the American Camping Association. Sessions are one week long, from Sunday afternoon to Saturday afternoon, extending from early July to early August.

Operated by the priests and seminarians of St. Michael’s Abbey, the camp offers good, wholesome fun in a safe environment, as well as instruction in the Catholic faith and participation in the sacraments.

CAMP FACILITIES: Campers live with their counselors in one of several villages grouped by age and gender. Our facilities also include multiple indoor and outdoor program spaces (including a 700-person Amphitheater), a sustainable farm, a vineyard, four outdoor plazas, athletic facilities and fields, an alpine climbing tower, a low ropes course and a 400-feet zip line, overnight space, hiking trails, multiple arts facilities - and a pool and waterslide.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: At URJ Camp Newman, we’re building a foundation for a vibrant and joyful Jewish life. Rooted in Jewish values and guided by our experienced staff, we offer fun, immersive summer sessions that give your child the opportunity to develop community, teamwork, self-esteem, and individual skill.

Activities include athletics, outdoor adventure sports, music, art, dance, leadership training, and social action. Campers celebrate their best selves, form lifelong friendships, and find a community where they belong.

There are so many amazing things to do: Conquering the Alpine Tower as a team. Seeing the final point scored in Ultimate Frisbee. Dancing together on Shabbat. Singing arm-in-arm every night before bed. Hiking to the Star that overlooks camp. Making more friends in a week than they could all year.

We believe that these transformative experiences inspire kids to bring camp home to their daily lives, applying what they learn here to better themselves, their communities and the world.

Avodah
11th Grade

Avodah is a multifaceted, service-based program in which campers play an integral role in camp’s day-to-day operations. Avodahniks develop a strong work ethic and serve as Jewish role models at camp. Beyond daily activities, campers work diligently on a significant camp improvement project and march as a team in both the annual Pride Parade and AIDS Walk in San Francisco.

Counselor in Training (CIT)
12th Grade

Our highly-selective and popular CIT program trains our future staff and camp leadership, offering young adults a valuable personal and professional growth opportunity. Leadership workshops and Judaic programs are combined with practical hands-on training with children of all ages.

We connect children, youth and adults to an expansive menu of fun, immersive Jewish experiences in Santa Rosa and in your community, all year long. Along with our local synagogue youth groups and NFTY, we present everything from family fun days to high school parties to middle school outings.

We offer "taste of camp" weekends for 2nd-6th graders, teen events, 8th grade events and more - all year long!

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: These three terms sum up our comprehensive and very informative FICA Young Investors Wall Street Summer Camps TM. While we are very committed to providing certified instructors, field trips and superior financial intelligence informative training applications, we don't just stop there. We make sure to set aside some time for a little fun, tours and entertainment activities. As a result, learning about the world of business and financial intelligence has never ever been this much fun!

Future Investor Clubs of America's comprehensive financial training system includes: Access to the FICA's Members Camp Preparatory Training Network; Certified Financial Intelligence Trainers TM; Winning On Wall Street Kickoff TM; American Dream Plan introductory training; Basic Financial Intelligence Training TM (BFIT); Advance Financial Intelligence Training TM (AFIT); Executive Financial Intelligence Training TM (EFIT); Financial Intelligence Training TM (IFIT); International Financial Intelligence Training TM (IFIT) intelligence training curriculum's presented in a creative and interactive way to enhance the learning process.

Future Investor Clubs of America summer camp programs are designed to be a top quality, positive comprehensive learning experience that students will never forget. Therefore, FICA has incorporated carefully designed Financial Field Trips TM to enhance the students experience and learning process.

FICA members who have completed the Basic (BFIT), Advanced (AFIT) and or Executive Financial Intelligence Training (EFIT) curriculum receive Certificates of Completion and are eligible to participate in many fun, exciting and informative events.

CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: All Future Investor Clubs of America summer camp instructors are Certified Financial Intelligence Trainers(CFIT) having completed our training programs. Each CFIT has years of business, education, executive, investing and or financial services experience. In addition to industry experience, our instructors must complete 40 hours of training on how to teach each of our BFIT, AFIT, EFIT, IFIT and LFIT curriculum's.

Future Investor Clubs, Chapters and Centers are eligible to select lead teachers and instructors to attend CFIT training programs. Individuals completing our instructor comprehensive training programs earn the designation of Certified Financial Intelligence Trainer TM (CFIT). Business and financial industry executives, managers, investment advisors, commodity/stock brokers, traders and other professionals are scheduled as guest speakers during the camp training week.

CAMP FACILITIES: Sugar Bowl's amenities include resort lodging, three catered meals daily, and full private access to the mountain resort for our camp. RVs can be accommodated with advance notice.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: We feature staff from around the country, offering diverse traditional music instruction from beginning to advanced levels of playing.

CAMP FACILITIES: San Domenico School

Founded in 1850, San Domenico is an independent co-educational (pre-K through Grade 12) day and boarding school located on 200 hectares in San Anselmo, California. The campus features state-of-the-art academic facilities, a music conservatory, riding stables, swimming pool, gymnasium and six tennis courts. Located in Marin County, San Anselmo is eight kilometers from Central San Rafael and 26 kilometers north from downtown San Francisco. California’s beautiful Napa and Sonoma counties and the northern coastline and beaches are within a 50-minute drive.

San Domenico is an independent co-educational (pre-K through Grade 12) day and boarding school located on 495 acres in San Anselmo, California. Founded in 1850, it is California's first independent school. On campus, are state-of-the-art academic faculties, a music conservatory, riding stables, swimming pool, gymnasium, an organic garden, 2,358 solar panels, and six tennis courts. San Anselmo is located in Marin County, eight kilometers from Central San Rafael and 26 kilometers north from downtown San Francisco. From Marin County, the beautiful Napa and Sonoma counties as well as the Northern California coastline and beaches are within a 50-minute drive.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: A native of Scotland, Ben Maxwell has been coaching in the USA for 13 years. Ben has coached in 10 states, and has been settled in California for 10 years. In his time in California, Ben has proven to be one of the top youth soccer coaches, notably when it comes to the long term technical development of the player.

Low Camper to Coach Ratio of 12:1

Camp is open to ages 9-16, of any ability level. Youth soccer players have the opportunity to train for the best through presentations, on field training, small sided games and a video evaluation.
